How I Operate
Nick The Buffer is run by Nick himself, from painting, detailing, to business admin, and business management. I do my absolute best to ensure you receive the best level of service, as well as the best quality custom products. Badges are genuine BMW badges (bar airbag badges) and are stocked the best I can, however as BMW have such a large range of cars, sometimes the badges need to be ordered by myself. This usually means around an extra 3-5 days on the production time, however in these cases, I do my best to make sure I am as quick as possible when the badges land on my doorstep. If badges are urgent for whatever reason, please drop me a message and I will do my best to meet your deadline.
Nick The Buffer Guarantee
At Nick The Buffer I offer a lifetime ownership guarantee on all my custom-painted items, ensuring they are free from defects in materials and craftsmanship. This warranty covers issues related to paint adhesion and durability under normal use. However, it does not cover damage caused by stone chips, user mishandling, improper care, or exposure to harsh conditions beyond normal wear and tear. If a defect arises under covered conditions, I will assess and determine the appropriate resolution. Proper maintenance and care are essential to preserving the quality of your custom-painted item. That being said, we are all human, I understand problems can occur, if you have any issues, please let me know and I will be more than happy to help where I can.
